Avtrix AI Solutions Private Limited (“Avtrix”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website www.avtrix.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, how long we retain it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you under Indian law.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Avtrix is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data processed through this website. Individuals whose data we process are referred to as Data Principals.

We acknowledge all requests and respond within 90 days, as permitted under the DPDP Rules. In practice, we aim to respond within 30 days.
2 Personal Data We Collect and Why
The DPDP Act requires clear, itemised purposes for each category of data. Below is the complete list.
2.1 When you submit the “Get a Quote” form

Note. CVs often contain additional personal data such as employment history, education, address, or photographs. We use CVs only to assess your application. We do not use automated screening tools and do not share CVs outside Avtrix.
2.3 Automatically collected when you browse the site

We do not load advertising pixels, social media trackers, external fonts, or third-party images. All fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Only Google, Cloudflare, and Hostinger receive limited technical data as described above.
3 Legal Basis for Processing
Under the DPDP Act, personal data may be processed based on consent or for legitimate uses defined by the Act.

For visitors from the EU/UK, equivalent bases include consent, legitimate interests, and steps taken prior to entering a contract (see Section 10).
4 Who We Share Personal Data With
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for marketing.
We use the following processors, who act strictly on our instructions:

We disclose personal data only when required by law (for example, court orders or lawful government requests).
5 International Transfers
We are based in India and process data primarily within India.
Google and Cloudflare operate global infrastructure and may process data outside India, including the United States. The DPDP Act permits cross-border transfers except to restricted jurisdictions. As of the date of this notice, no restrictions apply to the transfers described here.
For EU/UK visitors, Google and Cloudflare rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
6 Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.

Important notes.
Form submissions exist in two places: the website database and the info@avtrix.ai mailbox. Both follow the same retention schedule.
Talent pool retention requires separate consent. You may withdraw it at any time.
7 Your Rights Under Indian Law
You have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you
- Request correction, completion, or updating
- Request erasure (unless retention is legally required)
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated
- File a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India
Withdrawing consent. Email info@avtrix.ai with the subject “Withdraw Consent” and specify which consent you are withdrawing (enquiry, job application, talent pool, analytics).
We will act on your request without requiring justification.
8 Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies only for:

9 Security Measures

We never request payment information, bank details, or government ID numbers through this website.
If a data breach occurs
We will:
- Notify affected individuals without delay
- Report the breach to the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours
10 Visitors from the EU and UK
We do not target services to individuals in the EU or UK. However, if you contact us from these regions, GDPR / UK GDPR may apply.
You may have additional rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability.
You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
11 Children
This website is intended for business enquiries and job applications. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact info@avtrix.ai and we will delete it.
12 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be clearly communicated on this page.
